Stir 1/4 level teaspoon in a large glass of water or juice 30 minutes before a main meal. Drink whole glass straight away (within 1 minute).
Either have once a day before your biggest meal (standard – packet will last 3 months) or 3 times a day before every meal (intensive – packet will last 6 weeks).
