For next day delivery to all metro locations.
please ensure your order is placed by 10am the day before.

Freight:
A freight charge of $15 may be applied regarding orders under $250 METRO ONLY.

Order Corrections:
Please advise within 48 hours of receipt of the order of any problems,
such as damaged, short dated, incorrectly supplied stock etc.
Failure to advise within this time frame will result in the goods being deemed,
to have been correctly received in merchantable quality.

Terms of Payment:
COD until a Customer Application form is completed / 14 days from the date of invoice.

Credit Card Payment:
Payment by credit card may be made only within 24 hours of the time of invoice.

Overdue accounts:
Overdue accounts will be charged interest at bank overdraft rates, and no further orders,
will be accepted until the overdue account(s) are paid in full.
